Personal Trianing - Group Fitness - Swim Coaching - Triathlon Coaching

At exceedfitness we provide one on one Personal Training, Partnered and Group training, athlete specific training, tailored weekly training programs, advice on weight loss and healthy eating habits and the motivation to make it happen.
 
Sessions are conducted in the great outdoors, or at Rydges Capital Hill Fitness Club, Canberra Ave, Forrest ACT.
Each session is conducted by a fully qualified Personal Trainer.

Personal Training - Weekly Training Programs
Clients are assessed at an initial consultation, comprised of girth measurements, blood glucose and cholesterol levels, body composition, blood pressure and resting heart rate, posture, nutrition and fitness levels. An individual program is then devised to suit the client’s needs and is conducted under full supervision from a Master Trainer. Assessment sessions are usually 1.5 hours in length but may vary depending on the client’s needs. Training sessions run for 1 hour. Weekly programs can be provided to allow the client to continue training in between their Personal Training Sessions; an additional fee applies.

Corporate and Executive Fitness Training Sessions:
A Master Trainer will come to your workplace and take your employees through an invigorating and energizing workout designed to improve their efficiency and productivity. There are a variety of programs to choose from, including boxing classes, stretching, cardiovascular and resistance workouts. You may wish to combine several programs into one block to cater for the different needs of your employees. Initial health and fitness assessments as well as follow-up tests may be conducted if desired. 

Partnered Training - Husband & Wife, Partners, Couples, Friends:
Two people wishing to train together will find our Partnered Training a perfect choice. Programs are given to challenge both people, despite differing fitness levels, enabling maximum advantage to be gained from each session. A variety of cardio and strength workouts are used to increase general fitness as well as tone and sculpt the muscles. Weekly programs can be provided to allow the client to continue training in between their Personal Training Sessions; an additional fee applies. Initial health and fitness assessments as well as follow-up tests may be conducted if desired.
