Group Fitness Session Tue and Thu 12:15pm – 1:45pm (lunch time), Deakin No 1 Oval, Denison St Deakin West (next to the Aus Mint).The Group Fitness Session caters for people after general fitness. Sessions caters for all levels of fitness with the aim to improve Cardio System, Core Stability, Strength and Weight Loss.
Thu Morning Bunch Ride 6:15am Thur mornings. exceed bunch ride, 27km of easy mod to fast sections. (2 groups, Slow/Medium and fast) (First timers please ring before attending) Ride leaves from the Lennox Gardens at 6:15am sharp. Approx ride time 1 hour.
Friday Lake Swims - Lunch Hour - 30 to 45 minutes Acton Ferrry Terminal, 12:15pm...meet near the kiosk. Various Distances - Wet Suit or non Wet Suits.
Sat Morning Long Bunch Ride Aerobic endurance ride, distances are short 1-2 hours, medium 2-3 hours and long 3–5 hours. Ride leaves from Lennox Gardens (behind the Hyatte) at 7:00am sharp. (First timers please ring before attending)
Sunday afternoon Lake Swims Weston Park Yarralumla, 4pm – 5pm...where the miniture kids railway and kiosk is. Various Distances - Swim Starts - Pack Swimming - Navigation.
Sunday Morning Run. This is a long slow aerobic run session focusing on developing your aerobic base. Distances vary from 10km to 25km. Run leaves from Lennox Gardens (behind the Hyatte) at 7:30am
Swim Squad – Triathlon - General Tue & Thurs 6:30-8:00pm at the Civic Pool The exceed Triathlon Swim Squad is focused on improving your performance and caters for swimmers/triathletes looking to increase speed and endurance. Casual visitors welcome.
Swim Squad – Novice - Freestyle Development Tue & Thurs 6:30-8:00pm at the Civic Pool. (you can start later or finish earlier in this session time frame) The exceedfitness freestyle development squad is there to help you build your stroke or work on your technique and fitness. The session runs for around an hour and will focus on technique improving drills and practicing good a freestyle stroke. Casual visitors welcome.
