Their customer service was second to none - friendly, prompt, helpful and polite, and their products are excellent quality and very comfortable to wear. The normally tedious design process was made really simple by the fantastic design team who took the concept and made it all happen in record time. Tineli gave us a delivery time for the finished kit...and sure enough, the kit arrived right on time. We were absolutly rapt with it and it looks fantastic out on the road.
