exceedfitness Group Fitness Sessions, (GFS) are a great way to get and stay in shape. Working out with a group of like-minded people helps you stay motivated and on track to reach your goals, be they to lose a couple of kilos, or to compete in a 10km Fun Run.
Our sessions cater for all levels of fitness. People with injuries are welcome to attend as exercises can be modified for their benefit.
GFS Sessions include: * outdoor group fitness classes * cardio and resistance training * boxing * general fitness * running technique * pilates * weight loss and nutrition tips * toning exercises * rehabilitation exercises * fun
Tuesdays and Thursday at Deakin Oval #1.
Please contact groupfitness@exceedfitness to arrange training on other days. (Must be a minimum of four people committed to two sessions per week for a period of 4 weeks.)
