Whilst training as a group, each athlete is given individual feedback and session goals based on their overall goals and abilities. exceedfitness Running provides the following sessions:
Aerobic Sessions
These sessions are conducted on Sunday mornings and are a low intensity session of varying distances, focused on developing the athletes' aerobic systems and overall fitness.
Training Programs
exceedfitness can provide training programs that will get you to the start line in the best possible shape. Detailed training plans are presented in 12 week blocks and take into account family and work commitments, giving you a structured balance in your day to day life.
One on One personal Coaching
exceedfitness can provide one on one personal training until you are ready to join in any of the group run sessions.
