Personal Training - Fitness Assessment - Weekly Training Programs Clients can be assessed at an initial consultation, comprising of girth measurements, blood glucose and cholesterol levels, body composition, blood pressure and resting heart rate, posture, nutrition and fitness levels. An individual program is then devised to suit the client’s needs and is conducted under full supervision from a Master Trainer. Assessment sessions are usually 1.5 hours in length but may vary depending on the client’s needs. Training sessions run for 1 hour. Weekly programs can be provided to allow the client to continue training in between their Personal Training Sessions.
Partnered Training - Husband & Wife, Partners, Couples, Friends: Two people wishing to train together will find our Partnered Training the perfect choice. Programs are given to challenge both people, despite differing fitness levels, enabling maximum advantage to be gained from each session. A variety of cardio and strength workouts are used to increase general fitness as well as tone and sculpt the muscles. Weekly programs can be provided to allow the client to continue training in between their Personal Training Sessions; an additional fee applies. Initial health and fitness assessments as well as follow-up tests may be conducted if desired.
